The RCS Cutlass Pro Series of outdoor grills are designed for the weekend cook as well as the professional chef. With cast stainless steel burners, solid stainless steel rod cooking grids and warming rack, plus the 304 stainless steel housing, these grills will provide you with many years of great-tasting food.

Other quality features include the rear infrared rotisserie burner with motor, spit rod with two 4 prong forks, heat zone separators, interior halogen lights, LED illuminated control knobs and a full width slide-out drip tray. Also included is a sure strike ignition system, which is the most reliable in the industry. Optional infrared searing burner upgrade is available! These grills are gorgeously sophisticated, yet very simple to operate.

Dual Plate Stainless Steel Griddle - RSSG4

The RCS stainless steel griddle with cast-iron bonded plate is the prefect addition for your RCS Grill. The RSSG4 features 2 handles for easy use and removable drip tray. The cast iron bottom is great at heating up and dispersing the heat evenly so the griddle has less hot spots and a more even cooking surface.

Smoker Tray for Cutlass Pro Series - RST3042

The RON30/42 Smoker Tray is great for the added smoke flavor while cooking with gas. Just add your favorite wood chips. You place this in your grill with your favorite wood chips and this will allow you to get that great wood flavor when cooking with gas.

Infrared Burner for Cutlass Pro Series - IR30

Optional Infra Red Burner for REAL high-heat searing ability on RCS Cutlass Pro Series grills.  Now you can add the super cooking performance of infrared to your RCS Cutlass Pro Series grill. This unit is easy to install and replaces one of your existing burners.  All you need is a Philips screwdriver and in 10 minutes you're done!

Vent Hood and Accessories

Vent Hoods

With a 1200 CFM blower you can quickly exhaust excess smoke. Fully adjustable variable speed motors and dimmable dual halogen lights. Available in two sizes.

Vent Hood Duct Covers

Encloses the space between the top of the vent hood and ceiling or soffit by extending the height of the hood.

Vent Hood Spacers

Extends the hood from the wall to give better coverage over the grill when needed.

Vent Hood Templates

Mounting template to attach the vent hoods to the wall.

Outdoor Kitchen Vent

To ensure the safety and protection of your outdoor kitchen, vents are required every 4 feet. These help vent the built up heat beneath your grill.


Hose and Regulator Kit

Propane Hose and Regulator Kit

The Propane Hose and Regulator has a 3/8 flare fitting on one end and POL to screw on the outside thread of your propane tank. Low pressure,  half PSI preset settings.

Stainless Steel Flex Hose

To connect your RCS built-in gas grill to your natural or propane gas supply, the RCS 36-inch or RCS 48-inch flex hose is needed.
